    Spotless, comfortable, and felt genuinely welcoming. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast and amenities made the stay feel effortless.

    Our stay was really great until Tropical Storm Debbie came to town. We didn’t really feel the effects on the first day, but unfortunately, light winds and rain cause the power to go out at the hotel for an hour. No one was available at the front desk, no elevator access, no room phone, no WiFi and the worst part was no AC for approximately 4 hours or so. Being on the 5th floor with a children and a disabled occupant was very scary and torturing experience. There was no flow of air available and triggered my anxiety, seizures and migraine. I’m still recovering from this experience. No compensation from hotel due to act of God., Breakfast: There aren’t many meat options available for non-pork consumers. The waffle station was really nice. The kids enjoyed the breakfast waffles. Pool: Very clean and clear. Refreshing! Facilities: Clean Room: Clean, not many trash cans, electrical outlets or storage (drawers). Only one cabinet Beds: comfortable, clean Sofa bed: Surprisingly comfortable Other than this mishap or overall experience would be a 3 out of 5
