Owner was friendly and arrived quickly. Big house interesting rooms.
The exterior was in need of maintenance, broken trim, needs paint. That left a poor first impression.
The owner wanted cash payment. I don't like that because it suggests that they are not paying GST.
The outside door was not locked. That would be fine during the day but I would prefer that the house be locked at night or at least that the owner be living there.
