About this apartment rental

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with South facing front garden and Very Large Patio area at the back with covered BBQ area.
The property also has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 1 being an en suit, L shaped lounge/ diner with patio doors leading onto the garden. Flat screen TV , DVd player and Hifi.
Separate kitchen with washing machine, Dishwasher, Fridge freezer and full sized Oven and hob. Water filter so no need to buy bottled water.
Both the bedrooms have patio doors leading to the garden area.
The apartment is situated on Salinas Golf course which also has a very good restaurant in the clubhouse which can be used by anyone even if you don't play golf and within walking distance to Caleta de fuste and a 2nd golf course.
In my view the apartment is ideally suited for couples and not children as it is in a quieter area out of the center of the town and there is no private or communal pool. Please also note that we do not do rentals for longer than 3 weeks.

We had a great holiday at Sandy’s apartment. Her communication was excellent from booking to arrival, and she was very helpful and welcoming when showing us around the property. The apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the island; with beaches and shops just a short walk or drive away, there’s everything you need for a relaxing break. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Fuerteventura.

Sandy is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.The apartment is superb, spottlessly clean, very secure and close to all amenities(10 min walk).This is our second stay and wont be our last, we really love the apartment and the resort.The furniture & beds are comfy, the tv is excellent,lovely welcome gifts and nothing is too much trouble for Sandyeven though she has suffered a bad back injury. 5 stars all round from us and thank you for having us Sandy

The apartment was very spacious, and maintained to a very high standard. the kitchen has every kitchen has everything you could ever think of needing and more.It was great having access to a great range of tv, films and sport channels. The beds were very comfortable, and very clean. The outdoor space was great and very private, I couldn't find fault in this apartment. Sandy the owner is very nice and makes you feel so welcome , she is only a phone call away. I will return to this apartment its everything and more .
