    I stayed here after also staying at Double Tree and Royal Sonesta and this was definitely the better of the three. The staff, the rooms, the location. It was just a better overall experience considering all 3 had similar prices.

    The hotel is located in the city area, close to Galleria Mall. The pool area is small but has a bar and plenty of benches and sofas to relax on. We did experience an issue during our stay: when we stepped out to get ice, the key card holder on our door was broken, and we couldn't get back in. We had to wait about 15 minutes at 3 AM for staff to arrive and fix it.

    Fiquei hospedado por 4 noites neste hotel, agora no mês de maio de 2025. No primeiro dia de minha estadia, o chuveiro principal não estava funcionando normalmente, apenas no modo super quente, ou seja, o primeiro dia de banho, após ficar num voo de 11 horas, foi com um chuveiro minúsculo que serve para atender a banheira (reflexo de que os quartos não são verificados antes de serem disponibilizados aos próximos clientes, o que seria o comportamento adequado para um hotel desta categoria). Informei a recepção do hotel sobre este problema na parte da manhã, e quando retornei à noite o problema não havia sido resolvido. Tive que descer novamente na recepção, após um dia inteiro de trabalho, e novamente informar que precisava que o banheiro fosse manutenido, o que foi atendido após 20 minutos por parte do staff de manutenção do hotel. No mais, trata-se de um hotel comum, com uma limpeza que não é das mais caprichosas, com um staff que não é tão gentil ou sorridente, mas que fica numa ótima e silenciosa vizinhança. No meu ponto de vista, cobram muito pelo que entregam e existem melhores opções pelo mesmo preço em houston.
