    When I arrived, there was no one at the registration desk and I had to wait 30 minutes for a receptionist to arrive. I was given a room, and after I lay down to sleep, I realized that ther were big blood stains both on the top of the comforter and on the sheets. That was disgusting. I went down to ask to change the room, again there was no one at the desk and I had to wait for 40 minutes. At the same time, I got an email from my credit card saying that the hotel tried to charge me $300 which my credit card declined as fraud and then I was charged $150 for incidentals. I left the hotel at around 4 am. Then hotel charged me $643.91 even though I paid for the hotel fully through 3rd party long ago and I confirmed with the hotel about this.

    Room was very dated and could use an upgrade. Low value for money considering the condition. Cons: Hand soap and basic toilet goods not provided. Safety deposit box was not attached to anything and could topple over and crush your foot. Elevators were under maintenance and took very long to arrive. Housekeeping did not come by one day and asking for coffee supplies to be replenished took almost 2 hours.
