Hampton Inn Lexington I-75

Most everything was pretty good! Rooms were clean with good air conditioning! Room was a nice with 2 queen beds!

I didn't like the variety of TV channels, should over more TV channels! Didn't like shower because no-slip mat in the bottom of tub, it was dangerously scary!! The shower water pressure was minimum and shower head didn't help with shower pressure! Also, disappointed that if you were staying on the 1st floor, you had to take your ice bucket to the 2nd floor to get your ice from the ice machine on the 2nd floor. Should have an ice machine on all floors, never stayed in a hotel or motel that didn't have at least one machine per each floor.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and very pleasant.

The only problem I experience was the pool was very cold and the chlorine was so strong my family and I could only stay in the pool for no longer than five minutes, everything else was good.

There were no towels in our room, we tried calling the front desk, no one answered. We had to go get them. There was hair in the tub and our bed was made but very messy. No water in the room.
