extremely dilapidated room, worn-out furniture, lack of hot water, and unclean bedsheets that looked previously.
The bed spring were noisy and kept us awake all night. The window AC was inefficient and extremely noisy. Towels were yellowish and looked worn out.

The location is well kept and the staff was helpful. It is close to both the highway and the Grand Falls tourist attractions.

Me and my wife pre-paid for a unit threw Agoda an app we use often for travel as we live in NS & grew up in ON so we go back and forth for family. After planning our route home to NS and pre-paying a room we arrived for check in around 12:30am late yes but was planned and after continuing to call the number posted on the window for late night check ins and getting no answer me and my wife decided to grab a red bull and power through the rest of the way to NS that night . Still it's now give or take two weeks after this event and we left several voice mails to the hotel about the issue , we haven't heard anything back from them . In my opinion the establishment stole from me and my wife & I would never recommend this facility to anyone traveling.
