Many people hate on the cottages being dirty and dated, that was not our case at all. Soon as we entered, we were braced by the nice smell of a real wood home. The floor bathroom bed and everything else is as clean as it could be. The bed is surprisingly comfy. The kitchen amenities are quite used, but fully functional. We always made our own breakfast and even cooked a seafood dinner. The surrounding is simply amazing. It was just minutes away from Cavendish and North Rustico. Easy access to the whole island, we traveled to the furthest point in the north, west and south of the island with ease. The whole area felt very secured and cozy. The ocean view never got old. There were also native fox in the area, they are friendly and cute. Staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. They assisted with our late check in and offered us extra shampoo when needed.
The kitchen amenities could be renewed a little and maybe more condiment can be provided. Consider adding a hair dryer would be a huge upgrade. The sofa was less comfortable then the patio chair.

Pretty view of mud flats and good swimming pool that kids enjoyed. Comfortable beds.
Visible mold in bathroom along tub.Kitchen could use : tea, cooling spray.
