Hotel Carlisle

Everyone was nice. Good to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Nice water pressure. Spacious room with decent work area and big window.

Breakfast was not so good. Nothing felt freshly made & there was next to nothing for vegetarians. Coffee was from a bad Nescafe machine.

Every staff member greeted you with a smile, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Vicky at the front desk made sure my request for rooms near each other was honored. Continental breakfast is sufficient, with delicious waffles from waffle maker.

Toilets where very low and also ask for handicapped room. And got reg room all the way at end of hall.

Property was fine.

The first room we had the room was never cleaned. The bed was unmade. The ottoman was up on end. On the counter for the coffee maker there was trash. I went down and told the clerk about it and the clerk asked me if I wanted a different room! Really !!! So he gave me another room. That room I found hair in the sink and one of them was a pubic hair. So I cleaned the sink noticed that the P-trap was leaking so we had to put towels down. At this point I just wanted to go to bed after eight hours of driving and it was 1030 at night. eight hours and I just wanted to go to bed. The clerk at the front desk wasn’t friendly and when I want to check out, he was still there and received the same attitude. I’m just going to chalk it up to a bad day, but the hotel is clean and I would give them another try.
