I had originally booked through a third party and when I arrived, my reservation could not be located. Rick, at the front desk did everything possibly to help— search my name, email, confirmation number, etc. Thankfully there was availability. He helped me book a new room. I was so happy to have a place to stay because I needed to be in town for Mother’s Day.

rooms should be made up every day...breakfast was not very good--need more variety, better quality hot foods, restock more often.

The room was large and the beds were large
The bathroom was super small. The shower was old and kinda dirty/dingy looking with brown stains around the edges. The shower door did not
Close easily. There was not conditioner in the bathroom it was empty. The lights didn’t work in the room only a few switches turned on. The walls looked stained/old. The blankets and linens were also small for the bed and not super comfortable
