The size of the room and cleanliness

Location was very close to the airport and not much else. But in fairness we chose it for the proximity to the airport.

The location was good, near airport, the staff during breakfast was great, the reception was also nice.

Unfortunately, upon our arrival we were notified at the front desk that there was a problem throughout the hotel (no water available throughout the building). We could not shower or use the restrooms until the issue was resolved which took several hours. There was also a major problem with the cable service during that evening and the next day. We were able to fully use the room late that afternoon upon arrival. They offered us bottled water at no charge as a courtesy, but a couple of days later the receptionist told us we needed to purchase water. The room was nice but needed some remodeling. Not sure when the carpet was last washed but, it definitely needed a major steam cleaning. Wallpaper inside room near window was peeling off wall, The coffee pot inside room was extremely dusty. We were never offered any compensation for the non-use of service during the water incident. There was also major construction right outside the hotel on the main road.
