First of all, I already sent a message to this website explaining my stay with no response. My suite that was booked was not upheld at all by this hotel! Lady at the desk blamed Booking.com for the mix up and did not waver at all. No smile, no Im sorry. NOTHING! My husband, myself and my Grandson made due. We arrived on time, and nothing was offered to help us except the very unfriendliness of Lady behind the desk giving no explanation except booking.com should not have offered us a suite. Which we needed! ( King bedroom separate from a living space with pull out couch etc. ) The hotel staff acted like me asking for a roll away was an insult. The roll away was so huge and all the bedding that came with it took up an enormous amount of space and it was only rolled to the entrance door. My husband and myself do not get away often at all and it was disappointing to hear that this was booking.com's fault and not the hotel. I sent a similar response right after my stay and received an email it was received. Still no response.
