    This hotel is very clean. I liked the convenience of the ice machine on our floor (3rd) by the elevators, most hotels have them tucked away, hidden and harder to find. It’s located in a convenient location, tucked behind a strip mall so very walkable to restaurants, nail salon, TMobile, and Dunkin Donuts just to name a few. Plus directly across from the outlet mall. However, bc if this, be sure to park on the side or back of the hotel building or you could get trapped by the DD drive-thru line. There’s a pool outside that we confirmed was open and looked very clean a but we didn’t get to try it out considering the cooler spring weather. Best part about this location was the short drive to the beach. House cleaning staff was very polite and accommodating and sweet. Front desk guy (long curly hair) at check-in (Sunday afternoon) was very kind and also accommodating. Everyone else seemed annoyed at the front desk especially the older woman working with him. There was a man who seemed like maybe he was the Manager who sat in the dining area, working in his laptop that continuously stared at us every time we walked into the lobby or went to the coffee station. His gazed was scolding and his gaze never lifted. Fortunately we didn’t see him anymore after our first day. I’m only assuming he was the Manager as he was seen earlier with the staff behind the counter in business casual clothes. Elevators felt off. Before it stopped on any floor, it would dip down, alarming my kids who thought for a brief moment the elevator was moving down when we were trying to go up. Each day their “free” breakfast became more sparse. Milk ran completely out and next day same thing but also their eggs & bacon amoung other items like yogurt. The young lady working breakfast was very sweet and apologetic. I don’t think it was her fault. They need to hire help for her and manage their orders properly. It’s spring break month so Management should be fully aware of their busier seasons. The WiFi on the tv kept freezing up every 10 mins. Was impossible to watch a show. The most frustrating aspect was their key card system did not work during our entire 4 day stay. We were only allowed 1 key card for our family of 4 the entire time. Each day I asked if it by chance was fixed, I was told no. As clean as this hotel was and great location, we won’t be staying here again as the frustrating aspects outweigh the cleanliness.

    Renovated. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was ok. About 7 minutes drive from public beach.
