About this apartment rental
This is a deluxe, front-line beach villa overlooking the sea. There is a protected area in front of the villa for nesting turtles on our beach. The Villa is located 500 meters from Angulo Surf School (2 time world champion windsurfer). They can provide all the kit for SUP, windsurfing, kite surfing etc. Why play with just one board or kite? Why not try them all?
These completely self-contained, fully furnished, huge, 2 bedroom flats have a kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and all the dishes. Just bring your toothbrush! Towels and linen provided. Two flats available - almost identical with top end furnishings and everything included. Super king beds with extra thick mattresses ensure your sleeping comfort. Single beds which can be combined to create another king sized bed with no crack between them. Surge protectors provided to safeguard your phone/laptop/tablet etc. Secure storage for equipment. Filtered water for safe drinking water in each flat. We have installed fly screens to help insure a good night’s sleep. There is a safe in each of the flats to secure your documents, keys and cash. Rent one or both or the entire Villa with 7 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 20 people for a great friends or family getaway.
Located in Santa Maria on Sal Island which is 20 minutes from Amilcar Cabral International Airport. We can provide an airport shuttle service for €10 (each way) which is a saving of €10 (€5 each way) compared to arranging your own transport. If you want to enjoy your stay in Sal Island, Avalon Villa is a great option, probably one of the bests in Santa Maria.
The appartment is on the ground floor, modern, composed by two spacious bedrooms and a wide living area and it's a place where you can definitely feel like you were at home. The appartment is described correctly and the pictures are representative, but there's much more you will discover as soon as you arrive. Located just 5-10 minutes walking from Santa Maria center and from the main long beach, the house is seafront, so that you will have the chance to enjoy breathtaking views of the Ocean from the patio and be touched by the amazing atmosphere of this warm island. The place is safe, quiet, comfortable and very inspiring.
The appartment is fully furnished and equipped, to allow you to completely relax. Appliances range from microwave to tea boiler, from electric grill to toaster, from washing machine to iron. An air-drier is also provided. Wifi works quite well in all the appartment.
The owners are honest and trustworthy and they made every effort to make my acommodation pleasant. I have travelled to more than 25 countries in the world and this was one of the best places where I stayed. I have nothing but good things to say about Avalon Villa: this is an excellence, absolutely recommended.
