Breakfast upstairs was outstanding.
Accessibility. Interaction with stafff via speaker during check in not ideal for person with hearing impairment.

Great location, easy parking in front, walkable distance to many landmarks Beautiful room in a historic building Welcoming staff
It is an old building so the walls are thin- we could easily hear our neighbors at night and in the morning the floors creaked a lot from people getting ready for their day and moving around the building for breakfast. It's part of the building's charm but be mindful if you are a light sleeper and wear earplugs. It would be helpful for the inn to put some notices around the building to encourage "quiet time" between 9PM and 8AM. Again, because it's an old building, the heating is challenging to regulate. Our room often felt overheated.

Breakfast was great but it was the cook who stole the show. He was a National Treasure,
Lighter quilt on the bed was needed in summer, a nail sticking out of the floor, outside deck was dirty.
