Stopover enroute to London from Hawaii

Great stopover location right in the airport. Nice rooms, very good breakfast

We were told it was so easy to find, but we were the last flight in, the signs were great until we came through security then they vanish. Thankfully we found someone who was just closing the bureau de change who pointed us in the right direction. So more signs in the actual airport need I'd say. Someone needs to 'walk the walk'.

I love this place A perfect place to hang out in between flights In the airport terminal - short walk from US/International departures/arrivals and 5 minute walk in terminal to Canadian departures/arrivals. No wait elevators Beautiful white bathrobes Big rooms with fabulous bathrooms Lovely big bath tub and excellent standing shower Oh so comfy bed Quiet room Good TV channel selection Quite nice views even on the non airport side Friendly helpful staff

My only issue is cost... it can be pricey at times and it's worth to keep checking on rate movement prior to your stay.

The airport convenience is wonderful. Room was beautiful with a tub!!!! Amenities were great and the restaurant was amazing.

Using a third party booking system, unable to receive my Allcor points and the room we were given was down the longest hallway ever with a few of the roof air conditioning units. Not the best room in the house. AND booking direct was only a minimal expense more.

The most convenient hotel

It is located within the airport so you just walk 5 minutes inside the terminal to reach it - so convenient! Also the same distance if you are taking a flight out the next day.

Nothing, really it was just one night. The price was pretty dear but considering saving on the taxi, time and efforts, I would say it is worth it.

After a long intercontinental trip from Asia a good start of your vacation. Not to bother about car rental, driving to the city and over exhaust yourself. Hotel entrance in the departure hall is very convenient. Rooms overlooking the platform are very good. No noise of planes whatsoever.

We came with our kids. The hotel restaurant, annex bar, informed us we had to get out at 10. Not really pleasant if you want to have a bite and a drink after 19 hours traveling. At 9 PM all restaurants in the departure hall are closed.

Dreadful experience.

Everything about the hotel is excellent although very pricey!

I have stayed here several times and had good experiences. The reason I’ve scored so low is that this time I had a very bad experience with dreadful noise in the night. Caused by the hotel moving furniture below my room! I complained during the night and eventually the noise stopped, but Then started again at 06:00am. I had pretty much zero sleep and had 5-6 hours of noise. I also wrote a letter of complaint and received a quick, polite response agreeing with my complaint and they promised a refund. 2 months later and several more emails and I still have no refund. Very poor from such a prestigious hotel. Booking.com promised to chase this up but still no refund.

The location is excellent if you have to stop to make an onward connection.

My wife was travelling alone. She has some mobility issues and I asked for assistance getting her into her room and in the morning to catch her onward international flight. The arrival process was fine. But even though assistance for her departure the next morning had been requested by her in person (and by me in the original booking) no-one appeared the next morning and stress levels rose as she waited and then finally went to Reception where there was a crush of people. Assistance was (finally) provided. If this was some cheap hotel then I would say such things are to be expected. But this hotel is more expensive than 5 star hotels in which we have stayed in Europe, UK, Singapore and Australia. However the service standards were poor by comparison.
