Location was good. Staff were quite and overall I had a good experience
Could have been cleaner. Under and behind beds were dirty and broken lamps

Everything
Nothing major I can’t complain

The bedrooms were clean enough.
The bathroom facilities were very smelly.

I like how close the hostel is to downtown amenities.
Plugs in room barely charged, even after 12+ hours plugged in; no ventilation in rooms except open windows, which let in very loud traffic noise; TV room was much more bare than in the past, only 2 movies to watch (Finding Nemo and Babylon), no option to login to streaming services at all, which is basic at most hostels; kitchen cutlery was poorly stocked, barely any forks and very poorly organized throughout.
