The staff was nice and very attentive
The room was super noisy on the 5th floor. There was a constant noise for about 15 minutes that was so loud it made me anxious. Lots of banging around from other rooms. The gym was horrible - one treadmill didn’t work and the water cooler looks like it hasn’t been replaced for months. It was hot, like there was no A/C. The bathroom sink had black stuff under the stopper that came out every time I brushed my teeth.
