    Less than a *** for this hotel, super clean and nice. The rooms were cozy and cold. You can adjust the AC if needed. Breakfast $15 a person, $8 for seniors and kids Would stay here again

    From the minute I walked into the lobby I knew I made a bad choice! Automatic sliding doors need cleaning. Lobby itself looks kinda trashy in some areas. Checked in and went to our room, it was a bit disappointing. Bathroom the size of a small walking closet, as I measured it at 5'X7', that includes bathtub & sink area. Furnishings in room look a bit old & worn, mattress needs replaced, I would rate it at a 6 for comfort compared to so many other places I have stayed in the kadt month. I made my reservation through Agoda and my confirmation included free WIFI & breakfast, however the next morning after we eat breakfast 1 of the kitchen staff aproached me to sign a bill or put it on room, I put it on my room figuring it would be included, luckly I checked my credit card account before leaving the hotel and seen I'd been charged. Took me a few minutes to straighten things out at the front desk, but I was credited back the charged amount.Breakfast was horrible experience! To start with it wasn't buffet, you had to order off menu, so we did. The 2 kitchen staff, young man cooking and waiter serving looked very unhygienic, 1 gad hair about 18" long and neither one of them had hairnet, their clothing looked dirty. We got our breakfast and no potatoes as was on the menu, I let it go. The bacon was cold like it was cooked the day before, had to ask for juice 3 times, as they do not have the machines available to the guests, they are in the kitchen, same for the milk, if you want cereal the waiter has to come out and pour milk in your bowl. The tables feel very sticky when you place your elbows on them, so I took some hot water & tissues to clean it off. No, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone! Just next door is a very nice and new looking La Quinta and another new hotel on the other side. Read the reviews on the Hilton Garden in, they will verify my review.
