Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach

Location to beach and local restaurants was great. Grounds, parking area clean and attractive. Entrance and lobby, lounge area spacious and appealing. Room was exceptionally clean looking and smelling. Bed and pillows very comfortable. A/C unit made excessive noise and kept me from sleeping heavily. Kendal was very polite, helpful and friendly. Pool area was awesome, especially the adult beverage shack! Breakfast was abundant but not very tasty as is the case for most free breakfast. Overall I was highly impressed and satisfied.

Coffee and the breakfast was ok.

The hotel was dirty, outdated and overpriced. The air conditioner was really loud and smelly. When we came back from the beach our feet were really sandy. We would have liked to wash them but the shower (pool area) was closed. We were waiting (and another family also) for somebody to open it (we asked 3 different employees) but no one came so we had to go up to the room like this. There was no daily room cleaning.
