Was very pleased with our room and resort. Although we did not utilize the kitchen area, it seemed to be well equipped. Unfortunately it was unseasonably cool during our stay, so we didn't use the pools or beach, but they were very nice.
Our room was right above the tiki bar. There are a lot of activities in that area so it could be a little loud, but they were always done by 9 pm. We noticed it, but did not bother us. If that would bother you there are plenty of rooms farther away from that area.

The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the rooms were big and spacious. But really the staff. They were great and anytime we ask for something. It arrived within 10 minutes. I would recommend this place.
There wasn’t really anything we did not like. Just the weather sucked. Lol.

We loved everything about the resort. The beds were absolutely amazing. We loved all the water amenities. We will definitely be back in the near future with our family.
I didn't like that the bath tub did not drain out after showering. It felt like it was scummy. I felt bad for the cleaning lady to have to clean it. I tried to clean it up the best I could.

We liked that our rooms were connected with our family.
The food was very limited on the property and very expensive. Not much for kids. The pool was EXTREMELY cold and hard to use. In the middle of the night, the water heater in the locked closet was making such a load noise and the office couldn’t do anything about it so we were up all hours of the night
