Homewood Suites Columbus - Airport

My room was like a small apartment, it was very clean and the staff were so nice! There was quite a variety at the continental breakfast. I will be definitely coming back.

THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE TV 📺 IN BEDROOM AND TV IN LIVING ROOM. WAS ABLE TO COOK AND WASH DISHES FELT LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

THEY HAD A COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM BUT MAKING THE COFFEE WASN'T SANITARY BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE COFFEE MACHINE WAS MADE. ALSO THEY DIDN'T HAVE FRESH COFFEE ALL DAY LIKE MOST HOTELS SHOULD. I GOT COFFEE ☕️ IN THE EVENING, IT WAS COLD AND OLD. ONLY TIME COFFEE WAS FRESHLY MADE WAS FOR BREAKFAST. GOOD BREAKFAST BUT THEY NEED MORE TYPES OF MEET FOR PEOPLE WHO DOESN'T EAT PORK. THEY HAD PORK AND A VEGGIE SAUSAGE PATTY BUT THE VEGGIE SAUSAGE PATTY WAS TERRIBLE. BEFORE I LEFT I MENTIONED IT TO THE COOK AND SHE SAID THEY HAVE CHICKEN SAUSAGE, JUST LET HER KNOW THAT I WANT ANOTHER MEET ALTERNATIVE. SUNDAY OATMEAL WAS DRY BECAUSE I BELIEVE THE COOK BE OFF ON SUNDAY. THEY HAD A MAN WITH A APRON ON COOKING IN HER PLACE, HE DOESN'T MAKE GOOD OATMEAL. OTHER THAN THAT I GIVE THE HOTEL A 8 BUT A 9 IF THEY FIX THE OTHER ISSUES.

The location was good compared to where I needed to go each day. The property was generally clean. The hotel was easy to find. The front desk staff was great.

The shower in my room (401) had black stuff in a few places. Also, the garbage cans were not emptied. In fact, when we arrived there was a Wendys cup in the bathroom trash can (not ours) that remained there our entire stay. We were there 5 nights and only given new towels once. At the provided breakfast, many days there was no juice, even though we were some.of.the earliest to arrive.
