no amenities - i think there was a miscommunication between the staffs and accidentally gave me unprepared room. Moderate rating because i got a reimbursement and discount offer for next stay

Hotel Laurier was very convenient for us as location. It was close to the places we needed to go to and there was a parking lot behind the building. The apartment was spacious. The WiFi connection was excellent.
The living room was airconditioned but not the bedrooms. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen was good to look at but no equipment, neither plates, nor cups, nor cutlery. Our car was broken into in the parking lot but nothing was stolen.

Location is good. I did not eat in the hotel. What is best is size and the fact of having a bathroom in each room.
Maintainance was poor. Bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. Illumination was poor in bedrooms. One light was off in the living room. Not cleaning service in one week except for our request to clean two bathrooms which were dirty upon arrival.
