About this house rental
Welcome to our 1876 built charming 3-bedroom house located in the historical part of Uptown Waterloo.
A 3 minute walk to find yourself in the middle of the buzzing vibe of Uptown - cafes and bakeries, live music venues and fine dining, festivals and events in the Waterloo Public Square.
We are a 5 minute walk to Waterloo Park where you can go for a morning run or an evening walk along Silver Lake.
Our well-maintained home is perfect for anyone who wants to see what Waterloo has to offer!
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. We describe our space as "cozy eclectic". We like to combine beautiful vintage pieces with modern ones, to create a comfortable and visually pleasing space.
You'll absolutely love the following:
• 3 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and independent work stations
• Smart lock with self check in
• Unlimited, Super High Speed Wi-Fi (500 Mbps)
• Fresh linens and towels
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc.)
• Bathroom fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash
• Coffee station
• Reading/working nook with lots of natural light
• 40" Fire Smart TV with Netflix
• Washer and dryer in house
• 1 Parking Space
If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to ask!
This house is an up down duplex. I live on the main floor and the suite is on the upstairs floor. Everything about the house is private and completely separated, including the front entrance. There is nothing shared between the two units.

The home should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!
• No parties
• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours.
• No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Please remove your shoes.
• Damage deposit of $400.
• No pets.

We were collecting our daughter from Perimeter Institute and used this as a base for her graduation. it was a ten minute walk to the Institute. We had an easy e-check-in and check-out. The parking is a little particular but lots of on street parking you can use during the day. We can recommend the accomodation.

Upon entering the Uptown home, I was so delighted to see the character of this beautiful VRBO. Reminded me of my childhood home. It’s perfect for 4 or more people no problem. The location is great as everything is minutes away. The host (management) was very kind and attentive. He was out salting ‘just in case’. Also making sure we had a nice cleared spot to park was thoughtful. They messaged me during my stay to ensure I had everything I needed. Very very kind hosts.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home
