Great location near town center and on the water. Beautiful view of harbor and its activity. Owners were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

The location was great. Close to the water, quiet and close to restaurants. The facilities are well maintained. The breakfast was very good.

We left early 6:30 and were not able to have breakfast. Even if we stayed later, the first seating for breakfast was booked. If you are not able to check in early (as in arriving off the ferry in Yarmouth) you will get the later breakfast anyway (9:30) which might interfere with your day's plans
The light in the hall was left on all night. I don't know why this would be necessary. Being an older house, and the door not fitting perfectly, there was a line of light all around the door which meant I had to wear eye shades to get any sleep because I'm light sensitive. I suggest bringing shades.
