    I’ve been to different hotels in different countries, and this stay has got to be in my bottom 5. The room the moment you walk in, smells like mildew. Probably from the carpet. For someone with allergies like me, sleeping was very uncomfortable. The pillows as my husband said was what seems to be like “layers of sheets stuffed in a pillow case” the bathrooms were disgusting with obvious signs of staining in the sink, mirrors, bathtub, Ripped curtain sheets. Just overall not a very good experience.

    Great location and excellent staff. My only complaint is that the room didn’t look as pictured. The room seemed a lot older in person and the furniture had a lot of wear and tear.

    Everything is good except the drainage for both sink and shower were slow draining and foul smell came out of drainage when shower.

    The hotel lobby was nice and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel was also convenient, and parking was easy, which made the stay manageable from a practical point of view. However, the rooms were quite old and clearly need major refurbishment. The carpet, in particular, looked worn out and outdated, which affected the overall feel of the room. For a Hilton-branded property, the room condition was disappointing and not up to the standard one would normally expect. Another issue was the hotel’s policy regarding complimentary water bottles. At check-in, we were given only two bottles despite being four guests, including two young children, and despite having paid for the room accordingly. For the remaining days, we were told that additional bottles would be charged at around USD 2–3 per bottle. This was quite surprising, as other hotel brands we stayed at during our trip provided complimentary water bottles without any issue or unnecessary questioning. Apparently, complimentary bottled water is only provided to Hilton Diamond members, which I found to be an unreasonable policy, especially for families staying multiple nights. Overall, the hotel has a good location, a nice lobby, easy parking, and courteous staff. However, the rooms need serious refurbishment, and the bottled water policy leaves a poor impression.
