Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Overall decent breakfast
The sausages were dry at breakfast but overall the rest of the breakfast was good

The only ice machine working was on the first floor.

The location and breakfast area was nice.
The toilet in room 318 did not work properly. It had very low water pressure and did not flush. The toilet kept running. We reported the issue to the front desk and she had someone look at it and to stop the toilet from running. After using it again, it would not flush. My family was unable to use the toilet the entire night. At check out we told the front desk about the inconvenience with the toilet and she stated that she would have the manager call. She wrote our phone number down. The manager never called. Also the sheets on the bed was not clean. There was crumbs and an insect carcass on the sheets. There front desk staff could benefit from hospitality training.
