The position.

The location was great, with a view of the Bluenose. The room was very quaint, just what you’d expect from an old building on the harbour - wood floors, antique furnishings.
The room was very warm, no air conditioning. There was a ceiling fan as well as a floor fan but it wasn’t enough to cool the room. The shower was very small. Also the stairs were steep.

Its position in the town was brilliant!!! Having the restaurant downstairs made things easy, especially as the food was delicious!! The loft design is fabulous for a couple & for 2 singles the sofa bed was quite comfortable.
It was very clean & well equipped..
We had optimal street parking in early June..we felt lucky 🍀
It was not a problem for us but there some steep stairs to access the rooms. For us this did not impact our enjoyment of the space.

No breakfast. Location was decent. Close to most amenities. View from the room was decent. Room was clean.
Place was noisy. For the price, they could have atleast offered breakfast.
