Rude front desk lady and man they just looked at me when I walked in to check In no hello welcome in. Nothing horrible service, she didn’t offer breakfast time or hours of bar and spa I had to ask her
pillows are flat shower is good hot and pressure is good bathroom tiny rust dirt on walls In bathroom and around frame of door mold and rust windows ate filthy can’t see the view that you pay for! Breakfast was standard nothing fresh made all pre made food besides the waffles you make your self to parking $30 bucks
And this was my anniversary trip with my boyfriend so for it to be basic service nothing over the top is ridiculous especially when I’m a Hilton honors member late check out they couldn’t give an hour. They wanted to give like 15 minutes. It was just a lot of unprofessionalism going on the lady in the kitchen was by far the most professional and courteous the person that serve served breakfast and she did it all by herself no help.
