    The plus is you're in long beach on a beautiful beach the rooms are nice. What happens after you check-in is another story. If you're a person that likes quiet and a restful night sleep you're not going to get it every night. There are parties that we've been there or loud music on the rooftop or in the bar it does not basically let you get to sleep till about midnight. In addition, they're very loud people running up and down the hallway and drunk. You check in at around three or four and you're asked to leave a room by 11 so it's not a full 24 hours. If you wanna rapidly get in and out of your room, forget about that because the elevators take forever literally it's wasting the time you're paying for by waiting for the elevators at best. Eventually, you figure out that there are stairs, which you may or may not be able to access on various floors my advice suffering the long beach hotel with a cigarette smoking and partying and pay less or get an Airbnb

    1)free parking was misleading. Another local hotel at half the price advertised the same but we figured that a high end hotel such as yours would offer free parking on the premises. 2)would have liked more bath towels in T the room to begin with rather than ask for them in the morning 3) grab bars in the shower would add a feeling of security 4)atmosphere was nice, people were friendly , place was nice and comfortable, and location is great.

    The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and convenient access to shopping. The facilities, including a well-maintained pool and reliable Wi-Fi, enhanced the overall experience. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Hot water was consistently available, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable throughout.

    The only decent thing about the hotel is the location. Rooms are gross. Our bed just had a sheet over the mattress. Not even tucked in. The blankets and pillows are something out of a horror movie. Restaurant food is mediocre. The wait times are outrageous. Did not go to the pool so no review there. Staff is nice. Would not return.
