"The front desk was so personable when I called to ask if I could check in early, they actually said "Is this Rebecca Henderson?" and used my name!! Very personal touch. Lovely staff."

We booked 3 rooms, all rooms were fine, except one room door there was no key and we couldn’t lock it from inside too as the lock was broken.
There was no staff available at the location to help. After sometime, the contact number provided at the window stopped responding. Many other guest who booked kept calling but no one responded. One room door lock was broken. Didn’t feel safe to keep especially when we are with seniors, ladies and kids.
