Great location; well kept; friendly staff; great price.
The only issue (and I’m sure it’s not the owner’s fault)…the phone directions brought us to the front of the building on the Main Street (like all the other buildings); entrance though on back street so we had to drive around to find it (at 10pm at night) and pulling our 21 foot trailer.

Their location is excellent, as we were traveling from 3 hours away near Niagara Falls. This is one of the closest hotels once you get into Windsor. So after traveling, it's a very convenient location and easy to find, and it was very quiet there
Which is wonderful After wanting rest. Upon entering reception, I was greeted, the man was very friendly.. I had already previously booked the room. So everything went quickly. We received our key for the second floor two beds and it was wonderful, also to have a little kitchenette, complete with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and even dishes to use and a full kitchen sink. Everything was very clean, had a nice hot shower, it was a very hot day and the air conditioning. Worked excellent, very cool in there. I couldn't have asked for more.. And the value is unbelievable! Our room was under eighty dollars.You can't beat this place.I highly recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised- the property and room were really nice and clean, parking was ample, and the motel owners kept in touch, and checked often if we needed something. All in all, great experience.

The price. The rooms are updated. Our first few times in the past were good and we left great reviews. This time not so much.
This was our third time staying here. My husband sometimes comes to Windsor for work, and our previous stays were only for one or two nights at a time. We thought all units had a kitchenette, as they did during our earlier visits, which was a big reason we chose to stay here again.
This time, however, we stayed for five days — a mistake. My husband and I were here because he started a short-term night shift job, which means he sleeps during the day. Unfortunately, the mornings were very noisy: staff would pound on doors and yell at guests, threatening to call the police if they weren’t out after checkout time. That’s somewhat understandable, except when you’re working 10-hour night shifts and trying to rest during the day.
The worst experience happened the morning before our scheduled checkout. The owner called our room phone and woke up my husband. Moments later, he pounded on the door and then walked right in — the door was unlocked because I had just stepped out for a coffee run. This startled my husband out of a deep sleep; he jumped out of bed (naked), confused, and the owner started arguing that it was time to check out. We weren’t supposed to check out until the following morning.
I’m not sure if we’ll ever stay here again, but if we do give them another chance I’ll be sure to share our experience again — and hopefully, it will be a better one.
