Breakfast was nice, room was good for our one night stay. Pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to check it out. They offered a cruise port shuttle (additional charge) and we were happy for that.
One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle. WARNING it took 1hr 15min for the shuttle to even pick us up. I called at baggage claim and was told 5-10 minutes as there was a shuttle on the way. That one was full so was told about 30 minutes for it to come back and forth. We kept waiting and called back a few times and kept being told it would be there very soon. I was so mad, if I had known it would take SO LONG I would have just used Lyft. Extremely dishonest and terrible service to not be honest about the wait time.
