The view from the window wasn’t the best, still good though.

I loved the breakfast (that alone was worth the stay), and the free water bottles in the room were a nice touch; they normally charge you. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience had many positives.
The room had a noticeable odor that seemed to be coming from the carpet, which appeared to need deep cleaning. I was able to manage it with Lysol, but it could be a problem for guests with allergies or sensitivities. The shower also had very low water pressure.

Location to Universal Studios. The pillows were comfortable.
Requested a late checkout and was not accommodated even though it was initially agreed and we had a late check in. Room was well worn and could do with some maintenance. Kept on rolling into the middle of the bed. Not the most comfortable. No housekeeping unfortunately.
