Bed so so.

The suite in the top floor was so beautiful with views of the sea, large living room, bedroom and bathroom.

During a relaxing bath in the giant tub, staff pounded on the door to yell that the water was coming through the ceiling below. Turned out this was a known problem; if they’d asked us not to fill the tub we would have complied!

Location was really good. Food is good. Accommodation was spacious and clean

Overall the property and amenities are old and need some maintenance. We had trouble closing the bedroom blinds as they were very old. Even when they closed, there were gaps, so didn’t feel completely private (same with bathroom blinds), wifi never worked. Air conditioning was good but it didn’t reach the bedroom and it was hot and humid the day we went

The location was great. Being right on the water was amazing.

The restaurant was directly above our room, so we could often hear people walking and chairs moving. The AC in the room was very loud and had a bit of a squeal to it. The windows did not have a handle on them so that we couldn’t open them in order to enjoy the cool breeze or ocean sounds. The wifi was non existent. We were warned on check in that it wasn’t great and reassured that it wasn’t them but just the area. We were not told however that the only option for television ran fully off of wifi. We ended up using a hotspot from our cellphone in order to watch TV. The staff were not rude, but they did not present a welcoming front either. It was as if they really didn’t care that we were staying there.
