staff friendly, and somewhat accessible
at one point, staff was not around but atleast there was a note with a phone no to call, if that note flew away from a windy day, we would have been stuck. suggested: a big note with big characters, and taped inside door, not outside.

Carpet in the room was dated and could use a kettle in the room.
