Decent hotel for the price
Staff. When I checked in, the lady who helped me, was very nice and helpful. Others, front desk, casino workers and security rude and disrespectful to customers

It was as we expected we have stayed there before and it was very good the only thing that we did not like was the last time and this time we was unable to visit the stage were elvis performed we are disappointed with this that is the only thing we was not pleased with everything else was good
We could not do the back stage tours this is twice it has happened to us we called the hotel to check if we could do the tour and we were informed we could then when we asked we were told we could not do it very disappointed with this plus the elvis show was very poor we walked out it was that bad

From checking in to checking out everything was awesome. Had dinner at the food court near sports book. Room was cold and comfortable. Will be back
Parking for hotel guest $10.99. If you stay you should get a voucher. Or players club. Parking garage too far from front desk check in

That I was able to book same day of. I enjoyed the live music and the bar. The area was a nice area enjoyed my spa day very relaxing, and like how we can have a full day access to relax.
I didn't like that my room was old, the bed was broken. You could smell the kinda rote smell. I didn't like that I was harrassed trying to get to my room. No mean No, I had to change rooms and I was charged for it when the room wasn't a good one.
