Hôtel Motel Le Beluga

Good location, very pleasant staff and nice restaurant

It did not have lockers to leave the suitcases but the place is safe and we left the luggage in the car

The location was excellent and very convenient.

The room was quite small, there was no microwave, and the chairs were uncomfortable.

Comfortable bed with good location to ferry & whale watching office. Parking a real bonus as Tadoussac charges for parking.

Very poor wifi connection had to use our own data. They did not offer decaf coffee pods Despite there being a restaurant on site there is no breakfast option. No streaming services available or TV casting. My common comment that any hotel should set the TV in the language of the guest before arrival.

Upon arrival, the lady at the bar overheard that I was looking for a place to eat that night, and she immediately helped me to reserve a table that night. That was appreciated because I had just arrived in Tadoussac.

Normally, at any place that labels itself as a hotel, the in-room coffee supplies are replenished daily by the cleaning staff. That was not the case during my stay at Hotel Beluga. It may have been a lack of communication about how to request/decline. So every evening I had to go to the desk and ask for more. It seemed to be given begrudgingly as if I was consuming too much. 2 cups/day in a room is standard in most hotels. But I felt a bit live Oliver Twist, "Please, sir, can I have lost some more.?"
