Hôtel Motel Le Beluga

The hotel is cute and the staff was very helpful and kind. The room was roomy and clean. We had a great stay.

Great location for our night in the pretty Tadoussac. The hotel is just right for the price. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. The staff was very kind to us, my husband forget a necklace and they were so kind to mail it to us.

Location was convenient, very close to ferry. Room was clean. Shower ok, hot , enough pressure,

Signage for the motel. We were not sure where to pull in with the car, The steps going up to our room were very narrow, I wear size 10 and I had to put my foot sideways. Luckily there were only 5 steps but there was also a gravel hill to walk up from the parking lot. So if mobility is a problem stay in the hotel part. Also no Air Con only a fan.

Upon arrival, the lady at the bar overheard that I was looking for a place to eat that night, and she immediately helped me to reserve a table that night. That was appreciated because I had just arrived in Tadoussac.

Normally, at any place that labels itself as a hotel, the in-room coffee supplies are replenished daily by the cleaning staff. That was not the case during my stay at Hotel Beluga. It may have been a lack of communication about how to request/decline. So every evening I had to go to the desk and ask for more. It seemed to be given begrudgingly as if I was consuming too much. 2 cups/day in a room is standard in most hotels. But I felt a bit live Oliver Twist, "Please, sir, can I have lost some more.?"
