L’accueil des hôtes, le petit-déjeuner, les conseils, l’emplacement, le parking, le lit super confortable et la vue depuis la chambre.
Les horaires du petit-déjeuner peuvent être contraignants (uniquement 8h/8h30/9h) et le fait de manger tous les résidents à la même table le matin peut éventuellement être inconfortable pour des gens introvertis ou qui veulent manger tranquillement entre eux par exemple couples.
