Very spacious two bedroom unit, which we chose to pay extra for to upgrade at a very reasonable price. We had a very large outside deck area which had a table and four chairs and we were able to move it around as the Sun moved on the roof. We very much enjoyed that part of our stay. We had a lack of wine glasses and dish soap in the unit and management went out to purchase extra glasses which surprised us because you would think they would have those on easy access.
The cleaning in the unit was below par as we found hair that certainly was not ours throughout both bathrooms. It was very off-putting. Also, there is a lack of face towels. The kitchen sink has a reverse temperature control, so the cold gives you the hot, and the hot gives you cold. That took a little bit of figuring out initially. The furniture in the unit is dated beyond belief. Most pieces probably come from back in the '80s or early 90s. It's time they spend some money on replacing carpets and everything in the unit, including the dishes that were hit and miss. The cutlery and pots and pans also need a total revamp. If you're planning to cook in your unit, you will be struggling, but it's possible. There is so much inconsistency. We understood there was a new owner, and perhaps they need time to get the whole situation focused and together, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully they get some uniform action in every room and revamp everything just throw all the stuff that's dated away and revamp every single room especially with cooking utensils. Have extras on hand in the hotel.
