When booking, we asked for and were given early check-in. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready. We didn’t complain, got complementary coffee and, before we had time to sit down, the front desk manager gave us an upgrade from the basic room we had booked to a full suite! Perhaps his thoughtfulness was prompted by us being very senior, seniors and the fact that we didn’t complain. 😊
