The decor, the extra supplies and thoughtful touches. Its really well designed, laid out and stocked with everything you can think of! Nice entrance, signage, privacy etc.
Instructions to work the lock weren't clear; hosts were not timely in responding to issues; noise from upstairs (people watching tv) was filtering downstairs; air conditioning is not available for guests to adjust - it is controlled by the hosts upstairs... not fair to advertise the suit has air conditioning in my opinion.
