Great location! Room was large and clean.

Elevators a little slow at times.

Spacious, clean room with a great view Comfy bed 5 min walk to Central Park

Lifts slightly annoying but we knew that would be the case before hand We were asked if we would like to attend a Hilton club presentation for 1 hour and 30 mins to tell us about Hilton Club and show us the view from the top floor of the hotel. What we weren’t told was that this was a 1 hour 30 min sales pitch which was quite intense and uncomfortable for us and wasted our time

The room had plenty of space for us, it was not super tight. Location of the hotel helps a lot, we could go walking to Central Park or to Time Square or other places. Subway stations nearby helped a lot. Reception staff were helpful and polite. The hotel itself feels almost like a mall/convention center given everything it has in its facilities. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely be back in another occasion.

They are in a multi-year process of upgrading their elevators. Several elevators are out of service, resulting in packed elevators and very long waits for an elevator. And that is despite using four service elevators for guests.
