Clean, cheap & in a good location (downtown) for visiting attractions. Aircon, wi-fi & shower worked perfectly. Coffee jugs in reception every morning from 6.
Dealing with the receptionist was often done remotely via a screen in the reception area - I think the staff I spoke to might have been in India! Shame the fridge didn't have a freezer compartment. Hard plastic chair, deadbolt on the door a bit alarming! It appears you had to pay extra to watch TV.

Clean rooms and easy parking.
Calling at 8:30 am while you still are at sleep to let you know check out is at 11:00 and disabling the room card key way before check out time.
