No shuttle set a bad tone

We waited in vain for the shuttle at the airport and it never came. That was a major turn-off. When we eventually arrived at the hotel, the check-in went smoothly. Thankfully, we were able to get the free shuttle at 5:00 am the next morning. We left before breakfast.

We waited for a long time at the airport for the shuttle. There was no response from the hotel, although we made repeated calls...so we waited in vain, eventually having to take an uber.

Overall, this hotel was an absolute disappointment, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

The staff at least tried to be helpful but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say.

I waited over 1.5 hours for the airport shuttle, even though I had requested it in advance. It was 32°F outside and I was freezing the entire time. Completely unacceptable after a long flight. When I finally arrived, the hotel turned out to be completely run-down. Everything looks neglected and poorly maintained. The so-called breakfast is a sad joke – barely any choice and very poor quality. Bottom line: I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Nothing about my stay was acceptable.

I didn’t like my stay. A lot of hallway commotion, other guests was very loud. And my daughter’s room someone kept wiggling her door knob. My bathroom sink was clogged up. Also it was a lot of young men in the hallway changing their phones.

The airport shuttle they have too post online how it work and explain the shuttle available only on call Me and my wife waiting more than 2 hours the shuttle to come but when we call them they explain for us only on call it just confuse because nothing it say that when we book online we have too cal for shuttle Otherwise everything was wonderful thank you the stuff they are wonderful specially the driver

Although this hotel is a bit worn, we were happy with our stay and appreciated the helpful attitudes of the staff

Nothing was too much trouble for Vicky at the front desk. She really looked after us. We also very much appreciated the manager driving us to the airport when the shuttle driver was unavailable. We weren’t after anything flashy and this motel suited our needs - free parking, close to the airport with free transport. Close to eateries, supermarket and laundry.

Worst hotel ever

The only thing I liked was the distance to the airport

Everything else, it’s old, it smells bad, the customer service is awful, I waited an hour and half for someone that never went to unclog the toilet. I had to step out of the room go to the reception and walk with her to assist me and give me the thingy to unclog it myself (even though it was clogged before we arrived)

This day was horrible. People were fighting all through the night. I cannot sleep at all and they have bedbugs. So me and my daughter was getting bite up. Our towels looked dirty, and the smell of the place was terrible. I will never stay here again I had to leave the hotel around five something 6 o’clock Because I was just so ready to leave. Christine the receptionist was very nice and polite. She was very helpful. She answered all of my questions that I had.

Booking charged my card before I could show my government ID to obtain my discount. When I had marked to pay at arrival. receptionist tried to help but since my reservation was booked through booking. Com she couldn’t adjust, therefore I will be the directly to book future reservation and not use booking. Com.

Do not stay here. Huge waste of money and time

The “breakfast” was an absolute joke. The location isn’t super bad but not close to anything

Super dirty and smelly, hallways were filled with a bunch of junk, staff was extremely rude. Website advertises free shuttles to airport or a shuttle to the blue line for an extra fee. When I asked the front desk about the shuttles, I got screamed at, told that the shuttle guy was sick and that unless I wanted the keys to the shuttle, I needed to let it go.

The smell of weed is f

The breakfast was awful .becuz tere was no breakfast .there was cereal (stale) : micro mini muffins actually 3 no condiments for coffee. The hallways leading to room smelled strong of weed. The room was awful. 2 beds .1 bed was broken. The box spring underneath was broken: I left a a bag from the Carter store with infant outfits. I was hone all day so was having maid service the room .I went to grab outfits to wrap and the bag was litefrav lly no where to be found. The t.v Was so dark u you couldn't really see the TV screen. I had paid my since there were nothing for breakfast let alone anything healthy. We ate at the restaurant. But were not allowed to take our food up to out room

Should have accepted the free late checkout process, last night I was so tired that I couldn't checkout at 11 am and requested for late checkout at 12 pm (noon), but the staff charged me $10 per hour basis, but that was decent though

The room had a strong smell of cigar Our flight was delayed so we arrived latter than expected and they had cancelled our reservation Room was very dirty and we didn’t feel safe there At the reception they had a sign saying that they don’t allow smoking inside the rooms but the reception itself and the room smelled like smoke Really disappointing experience, just stayed there for less than 6 hours because the room was already paid for and, because of the time we arrived, that was pretty much our only option

Lack of safety , it smelled , people down the hall was yelling and playing lous music . I didn't even stay , I booked a different hotel. Found a rusty razor blade in the hall way . My son was scared to stay at this facility .

Nightmare in Chicago

Cheap hotel in low socio-economic area of Chicago. Noisy due to being on a main road and guests staying there equally so. No breakfast as it was all gone by 6.15am and no replacements. Do not recommend staying here and definitely don't go out after 8..00pm.

Front desk staff was pleasant.

Despite the no smoking signs posted everywhere, staff come out of rooms with cigarettes in their mouths and the whole property was smelly (marijuana and old cigarette must in every area). There was visible black mold growing in the bathroom, the floors were hollow and warped, so every step was a loud hollow thud.
