The staff was very nice and greeting when i walked in ! I stayed in room 303 I loved my view , it was quiet even though it was a weekend !
The Parking Lot Definitely hard to find a parking spot , and i’m not a smoker and from the time i arrived to me leaving the marijuana smell was bad .

The breakfast was nice, typical of Best Western. The location is close to the airport. Nothing else was especially worth noting.
The hotel is advertised as having an airport shuttle, but they only have an airport shuttle going TO the airport. It was about 8pm at O'Hare and I reserved the hotel here on Booking. I specifically booked the hotel because they were advertised as having an airport shuttle. I then called the hotel to ask where I catch the airport shuttle and was told that they don't have a shuttle from the airport. They only go TO the airport. I'm not sure how that makes sense, but I ended up taking an Uber to the hotel. This is advertising that is intended to mislead customers and they should remove it.
