The smell of the WHOLE hotel was amazing as number 1. Number 2.... the room was very clean! Number 3 the swimming pool was very clean and the perfect temperature! It was also a very well kept grounds and building...minus the elevator that I've read has been out for OVER 2 years.
The elevator that was out of order just made me mad honestly! It is not that im lazy one bit or to good to take the stairs, but that it was a big inconvenience! A family of 4 with a service dog and a hotel birthday party is a lot of trips.... mostly up stairs with heavy items!

I loved the size of the room, I loved the free breakfast although it tended to be the same thing it was still great because they offered alternatives to pork and beef. I love the pool just wish it were open longer because of kids I like to swim when they are not around lol. I loved the decorations, and the parking.
I didn't like the buffet style with guests not being considerate and using their hands instead of utensils to get food, I wanted that to be monitored better. I didn't like that there were only two trash cans outside and that they cut your card off immediately at checkout time. I got locked out trying to load my car but such is life.

1) The comforter was not washed/changed, 2 pillows were not changed, floor was dirt and something on the floor next to bed.....handy blue light shows all!
2) At 9:04 I asked the kitchen staff if breakfast was over because the site said til 10am. She stated it was over. At 9:32 while fixing my tea, a person walked up and asked if it was over, can she get a muffin, she was given a muffin. How rude!
3) Received a call at 11:30 asking if I was staying another day. I said no, I asked for late check out since my flight was at 11pm. The male checkin person said I could stay until noon. When I went to desk at noon to check out, I asked if noon was noted on my account for checkout and she stated yes. So why call me before it was time for my check out. Try stating, hello Ms xx, just verying your noon checkout or if you would like to stay another night? Also, inform the staff so they are not knocking at 10:30ish. Why did no one know about my noon check out.
I use to only stay at a Hampton Inn. Now I know why I stopped.
