Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Lincoln East - White Mountains by IHG

I loved my stay at this Holiday Inn! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent selection of food, everything kept fresh and replenished, and a clean, well-maintained dining area. The highlight of my stay was the staff, especially Kait and Nick at the front desk. They were absolutely fantastic! When there was a mix-up with my reservation, they handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with genuine kindness. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. I also appreciated the well-lit parking areas, the convenient location near the Kancamagus Highway and White Mountain attractions, and the overall comfort of the hotel. The excellent customer service really made this stay stand out, and I would happily stay here again!

Honestly, I really can't think of anything I didn't like about my stay. My only complaint is that I couldn't give Kait and Nick a raise myself! They were that good. They went above and beyond to make my stay a positive experience, and Holiday Inn is lucky to have employees like them. If I could change one thing, it would be to make sure they're recognized and rewarded for the outstanding job they do!

Clean rooms, pleasant staff, great breakfast options. The fitness center was well cared for- variety of weights, machinery-excellent

The breakfast was great! Great variety. The pool looked very nice, however we did not have the opportunity to use. We would definitely stay again!

I felt it was a little pricey. I understand it was a great location. I'm just used to more amenities at that price point.

Location. This hotel is right where we need it to be. Also, as repeat guests, the staff know us.

BRING BACK THE COTTON SHEETS11. Micro fiber sheets last longer. I get the economic benefit of that. However, the experience of sleeping on them is like sleeping in a garbage bag. The sheets are made of plastic. They are hot. They don't breathe. I don't care about anything else. If you can't sleep well in a hotel, nothing else matters.
