About this hotel

Summary:

A private king-bedded retreat with its own entrance at Launchpoint Lodge — a freshly renovated 1902 boutique inn in the heart of Lincoln, NH. Fireplace in the living room, queen sofa bed, and kitchenette.

Ski Loon, hike Franconia Notch, chase the Ice Castles, or cruise the Kancamagus. Walk to dinner or a downtown brewery. Brew coffee in the stocked lounge, sip drinks in the sunroom, or watch hummingbirds from the deck.

Curated for adults, keyless check-in, a virtual innkeeper a message away.

The Space:

The Artist Bluff Suite is your own private corner of the White Mountains — a king-bedded retreat with a separate living room, electric fireplace, and its own entrance tucked into a freshly renovated 1902 boutique inn in the heart of Lincoln, NH.

This is not a hotel room. It is a two-room suite with real space to settle into — a fireplace to come home to, a kitchenette stocked for morning coffee, and a quiet that only comes when you're somewhere that was built with intention.

Ski Loon in five minutes. Hike Franconia Notch. Chase the Ice Castles. Cruise the Kancamagus. Walk to dinner. Then come back, flip on the fireplace, and let the mountains do the rest. Keyless check-in, a virtual innkeeper a message away, and the kind of stay guests keep calling "more than we expected."

Curated for adults, ages 12 and up.

✦ ✦ ✦ THE SUITE ✦ ✦ ✦

The bedroom is built for real rest — a Nectar king mattress, Standard Textile premium linens, blackout shades, and enough quiet that you'll actually sleep in. Floor-length mirror, dresser, large closet. Everything where it should be, nothing in the way.

The living room is where the Artist Bluff earns its reputation. An electric fireplace anchors the space. A Smart TV handles movie nights. A queen pullout sofa means there's room for four. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the back garden — the kind of view you notice every time you walk past.

The wet bar keeps you self-sufficient without crowding the space: Keurig, mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and dishware. Morning coffee without leaving the suite. Leftovers from that downtown dinner. A glass of wine before bed.

The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo — because after a day on the trails or the mountain, a proper soak is not optional.

❝ Every little detail was so thoughtfully done and made the stay feel extra special. We will definitely be back. ❞ — Kristen, Airbnbn Review

✦ ✦ ✦ SHARED SPACES ✦ ✦ ✦

Your suite is your sanctuary. The rest of the lodge is yours to enjoy.

☕ Coffee Lounge — Always stocked. Coffee, tea, sweet treats, snacks, filtered water, ice machine, wine glasses. Walk in, help yourself, stay a while.

🔥 Sitting Room — A fireplace, board games, books, and comfortable chairs arranged for actual conversation. The kind of room you wander into once and end up staying in.

🌿 Sunroom & Rear Deck — Bright, easy, and unhurried. Watch the hummingbirds at the feeder, breathe mountain air with your morning coffee, or linger over pre-dinner drinks while the light fades. There is no bad time to be out here.

❝ The owners went above and beyond for all the little extra things — water, soda, ice machine, snacks, candy dispensers, little goodie bags in each room upon arrival. The place was decorated so well, and the music was perfect in the common area. We absolutely loved staying there! ❞ - Kerrie R, Google Review

✦ ✦ ✦ THE LODGE ✦ ✦ ✦

Launchpoint Lodge is a lovingly restored New England colonial built in 1902 — recently renovated with stylish décor and upgraded amenities, and home to just six private suites. This is not a chain hotel and it is not a traditional rental. It is the best of both: the charm and character of a historic inn, the privacy and independence of your own suite.

The Artist Bluff is tucked away on the first floor with its own private entrance off the back deck, giving you the freedom to come and go on your own schedule. No shared hallways. No front desk.

Arrive. Unlock. Unwind.

Your personalized door code is sent before you arrive, and your virtual innkeeper is always just a message away if you need anything.

One block from downtown Lincoln, yet quietly tucked away. Walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local favorites. Forest behind the property. The entire White Mountains in front of you.

No resort crowds. No elevator waits. No cookie-cutter condos. Just six thoughtfully designed suites, warm virtual hospitality, and the kind of stay you'll be talking about long after you head home.

❝ This was an awesome cozy spot. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The rooms are so cozy and nicely done — all the little extras added up to something really special. ❞ - Jessica, Google Review
