Quality Inn & Suites Airport

I liked the ease of the 24/7 airport shuttle to and from the airport. My flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight and had to get a hotel for one night It was very clean and comfortable. There were snacks in the lobby available for purchase which was good since we got there late in the night.

the room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. property was well maintained. We will be back again.

Property is definitely just good enough to stay for a layover if that. Staff wasn’t all that welcoming. I witnessed the check in agent be very short and argumentative with a guest he was checking in ahead of me before then giving me push back as well. I was told not to smoke or have pets in my room. Immediately upon walking into the room, it smelled like smoke and we legit found pet food on the floor. When I called to inform the agent he told Me “the room is clean ma’am.” Being very dismissive so I asked him if he’d like to come witness for himself and he told me to come back to change my room.
