Holiday Inn Laval Montreal by IHG

The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room at a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. The microwave and refrigerator were both in excellent condition and very convenient to use. Overall, the room was comfortable, functional, and met my expectations

The hotel does not offer room service for dinner, and there is no laundry service on weekends, which was inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was the television. Although it claimed to support HDMI devices and Google Cast, neither worked. I was unable to connect a game console or cast from a Samsung phone, a Huawei phone, or an iPad. Since I rely on streaming services rather than regular TV channels, this was extremely frustrating and the worst TV experience I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but guests were informed in advance, so I do not consider that a negative point.

Spacious room. Close to transit. Good breakfast.

No evening restaurant. Subway lines need bus to access
